Community development
Community development brings people together. This role requires selfless individuals
who are passionate about assisting others.
To bring social change, to improve the quality of life, to empower the people, and to
bring the people together we need community development. We are a team of selfless and
passionate individuals who love to assist others in every way.
Community development addresses cultural, geographical, and economic issues and also
helps to remove inequality, bring social changes, and improves existing life for the
betterment of the society. We set goals and also respond to the problems with actively
participating. In this regard, our core tasks are:
- Finding the community skills and needs along with the issues
- Developing the new programs, evaluating, and improving the existing one according to
the needs of the people and implementing the best strategies
- Collaborating with other helpful agencies and raising awareness if needed
- Providing training and volunteer services in case of any natural disaster
- Attending events and coordinating with the people, groups, and the communities for
the betterment of the society
Islamic finance
A way of doing financial transaction according to the Islamic laws or Sharia is referred
to Islamic finance; it also includes any permissible investment which comes under this
law. Interest-free lending makes it special which is going to expand with the fast pace
in the coming future and moreover Islamic finance is directly competing with the western
banks especially in the Gulf and African countries, making it trillion-dollar industry.
Islamic finance strictly condemns extortionate money landing, the borrower or lender is
prohibited from paying or taking interest (riba), hence, Islamic bank only issues
interest- free lending. This system represents the broad Islamic values that share
ethical, economical, and social responsibilities.
This trustworthy and ethical approach is the main reason for the success of Islamic banks
whereas the other transaction systems are losing the faith of customers. In Islamic
finance making money from the money is forbidden, which is a way of toxic assets.
Islamic finance strictly follows sharia or Islamic laws. That’s why today Islamic
finance is holding a trustworthy and stable image among the people.

since religious development fosters faith, respect, and harmony. It is a

plans. We instantly respond to the people who urgently need any help, especially to the
less privileged group.
Social and Cultural development
This framework covers specific values and behaviors, which hold a meaningful place and
immensely help in the social and cultural development of the people and the community.
Social and cultural development cultivates good health, improves quality of life,
increase tolerance, provide economic benefits, and enhance over-all well being of the
people and the communities as well. Culture builds knowledge, which is essential for
intellectual growth; it defines values and holds social relationships intact.
Environmental development
The environment is one of the biggest issues the world is facing presently. There is an
urgent need to address environment-related issues to combat the sudden climate changes.
Natural resources are depleting with the fast pace due to increase consumption,
over-exploitation, and increased in the population that can make future generation
difficult to survive. Hence, we are also working and raising awareness for the
sustainable environment to overcome unforeseen impact so that the future generation can
be saved.
